1. Services

Power Washing Sarasota FL provides exterior cleaning services in the Sarasota, FL area, including but not limited to pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, driveway cleaning, pool cage cleaning, house washing, travertine cleaning, and pool deck cleaning.

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Pricing shown on this website is a starting estimate based on average Sarasota properties. Final pricing is confirmed after a visual assessment of your property. Factors including but not limited to surface area, degree of biological growth, surface type, and access conditions may affect the final price.

A confirmed quote is valid for 30 days from the date issued.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

Service appointments are scheduled upon mutual agreement. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling (941) 241-4661. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to $75.

4. Property Access and Preparation

You agree to ensure reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned on the agreed service date. Please:

  • Remove or secure outdoor furniture, decorations, and personal items from the work area
  • Close all windows and doors before service begins
  • Ensure pets are secured inside or away from the work area
  • Provide access to an outdoor water spigot

We are not responsible for damage to unsecured items or items not disclosed prior to service.

5. Liability

Power Washing Sarasota FL is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused directly by our negligence during service, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion.

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to surfaces, paint, seals, or coatings
  • Damage resulting from surfaces that were not disclosed as fragile, damaged, or non-standard
  • Natural weathering, fading, or wear revealed after cleaning
  • Items or landscaping not adequately protected as requested

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee. Accounts unpaid after 30 days may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 48 hours of service and we will return to address any missed areas at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to stains or discoloration that cannot be removed by pressure or soft washing (such as deeply embedded rust, paint, or permanent surface damage).
